+
+Central deployment repository for the Woodpecker CI PoC. Contains only generic deployment logic and host aliases, no per-service configuration. See `concept.md` and `plan.md` in the `repo2cicd2deploy` repository for the full design.

+- `.woodpecker/deploy.yaml` - pipeline triggered by service repositories via a `deployment` event.
+- `hosts/` - alias files resolving a logical target name (e.g. `target1`) to actual SSH connection details. Only pre-defined aliases are accepted.
