poc-deployment

Central deployment repository for the Woodpecker CI PoC. Contains only generic deployment logic and host aliases, no per-service configuration. See concept.md and plan.md in the repo2cicd2deploy repository for the full design.

• .woodpecker/deploy.yaml - pipeline triggered by service repositories via a deployment event.
• hosts/ - alias files resolving a logical target name (e.g. target1) to actual SSH connection details. Only pre-defined aliases are accepted.
